Mirage: A Columned Courtyard is a site specific and functional work of public art commissioned by Laser & Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches, located in Palm Beach Gardens. Designed to be an outside waiting area at the front of the building, it has a half oval bench and three columns custom designed with carved tiles, featuring the natural flora and fauna of Florida. Lucy Keshavarz worked with the client to assess their needs and determine the best artist for the project; lead the approval process with the City of Palm Beach Gardens and collaborated with the clay artist Tracy Rosof-Petersen to evolve the concept, design, and budget..
